Milky Wimpshake is a punk band from Newcastle Upon Tyne. The band was formed in the early 1990s as part of the Slampt Underground Organisation scene. They play love songs for punk rockers, protest tunes, covers of Nothern Soul classics, and some new classics of their own.

Pete sings, in an somewhat twee cadence. He also strums the guitar and has pitched in on piano, organ, cello, violin, and tambourine. He likes the cinema and thinks taking a lot of money from teenagers is wrong. Pete was formerly in a band called Red Monkey and also rocks it in Chronicity.

Christine plays bass and sings in the background sometimes.

John plays drums, and has a fine solo career. Previous drummers have been Ricky Murray, Chris Lanigan, Grant Jones and Ms. Joey Ramone.
